This artisan beer from the Limburg region in Belgium is based on a special amber Tripel and was aged in oak barrels for 12 months. The oak barrel, in which Chardonnay wine from Limburg was previously matured, radically changes the original beer's taste, adding an additional complex and intense dimension to the original brew. The end result is an extremely layered flavor profile with notes of oak, vanilla, caramel, fruit and hints of Chardonnay wine. This in addittion to a perfectly balanced sweet and sour ratio and a well rounded finish will provide you with a unique taste experience, time and time again. Santé!
